WITHDRAWAL OF THE PARISH PASTORAL WORKERS SAN SERGIO
With joyous and festive air on November 28 last, first Sunday of Advent, met the pastoral workers of our parish for a retreat.
Not all were present, but a good number have experienced an encounter with the Lord under the guidance of the parish priest, Fr Peter and the directions of Ms Joan Stanzione.
The meeting began with prayer for Congress Parish Eucharist to be held from 8-May 22, 2011.
The reflection gave the broad piece of 9.1-6 Is that starting from a situation of darkness, we are all walking towards the light. It is not the emphasis in a Carmelite spiritual reading of the prophet Elijah.
The defendants have paused to reflect personally and then as a group. One of the points of discussion was to understand who God is in their own lives and in their own history.
The concluding prayer in the chapel has collected the memories and the prayers of each one symbolized by light, salt and pomegranate indicate that according to rabbinic tradition, the disciple who can select only the good and the 613 commandments of the Torah.
FESTIVAL OF CHILDREN
On December 1 at 16:00, the Oratory of the Salesian Community of Santa Chiara, the Association Erripa Achille Grandi and Got Me too, have organized a party in our cloister for children during the week dedicated to their rights.
The meeting brought together 50 children from the neighborhood who together have been a time of celebration with games and prizes.
